Park Design
The original schematic design phase was completed with the money provided by the Department of Neighborhoods Small and Simple Grant Award to Sustainable Magnolia on September 10th 2010: “Envisioning a Vibrant Gathering Place”.
The result of this phase, a community based process resulted in the Preferred Site Plan for Magnolia Manor Park and can be reviewed in the Final Report issued by Site Workshop LLC, the landscape architects hired by the Steering Committee to do the work with the community.
